Meet Jack
Jack is a qualified Sports Therapist with a first-class degree from the University of Gloucestershire.
Since graduating he has had the opportunity to treat people with wide ranging injuries and conditions, and more recently professional athletes.
You will feel the benefits of his treatment using combination of hands – on treatment, including massage and mobilisation, as well as exercise-based strategies, which relate to your specific movement patterns. Relieving your pain and preventing it from reoccurring again by improving your strength, giving tailored health advice and addressing your lifestyle factors is Jack’s aim.
If you are suffering with chronic lower back pain, hip pain or ankle instability, book in as they are Jack’s areas of expertise. He has also treated also many other musculoskeletal conditions.
