Meet Camilla
Camilla is a qualified health coach and Personal trainer who has specialised in exercise prescription to support medical conditions, helping people to regain trust and capability in what their body can achieve through appropriate training and applying behaviour change strategies to daily living.
Camilla’s passion is working with client’s to help improve their confidence using motivational coaching strategies alongside massage and prescribed exercise.
I have worked in cancer rehabilitation, diabetes management and prevention, stroke rehabilitation and pre and post-natal exercise.
If you are looking to regain trust and capability whether recovering from an injury or just starting out in wanting to become healthier, I will be happy to help you explore how to move safely, relieve pain and tension and build confidence.
