Bethany Gilks

Registered Senior Osteopath

Beth is an award-winning Registered Osteopath, graduating from the University College of Osteopathy in 2021. After practising in the Cotswolds, she relocated to the South West to combine her passion for helping people with her love of the coast.

Beth has a particular interest in women’s health, pregnancy and postnatal care, headaches, and neck pain. As a qualified Mummy MOT practitioner, she takes a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on identifying the underlying cause of symptoms rather than simply relieving pain. She combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with tailored advice and rehabilitation to support long-term recovery and help patients move with confidence.

Known for her warm and compassionate approach, Beth believes every patient deserves to feel listened to and understood. She takes the time to create personalised treatment plans that reflect each individual’s goals and lifestyle. In recognition of her commitment to exceptional patient care, she was awarded the Institute of Osteopathy Associate of the Year Award at the 2023 iO Awards.

Beth enjoys treating patients of all ages and activity levels, whether they are recovering from injury, managing persistent pain, supporting their pregnancy or postnatal recovery, or
looking to stay active and healthy.

Outside of the clinic, Beth enjoys making the most of the South West coastline and has recently rediscovered her love of surfing. Having previously played hockey and football to a high level, she understands the importance of staying active and the impact that injury or pain can have on everyday life and sporting performance.
