Meet The Team
Emma Hayes
Registered Osteopath
Emma graduated from Plymouth Marjon University with a first-class master’s degree
in osteopathy. She is also qualified in sports massage and is currently completing
her APPI Pilates Matwork certification.
She began her training at the prestigious Urdang Academy in London before working
internationally as a professional dancer. Her career took her from Paris to Australia,
where she performed and developed a deep understanding of the body in motion.
Returning home to Exeter to retrain as an osteopath, Emma now combines her
lifelong experience with movement and clinical skills to help patients manage pain,
restore function, and feel more at ease in their bodies.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and supporting patients with chronic
pain conditions such as osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia, while also helping individuals
return to activity and maintain their quality of life.
Her approach blends hands-on
treatment with tailored advice and exercise, always aiming to keep patients moving
with confidence and comfort.
